How To Use

Add your first lead in 1 minute

Open Mini CRM
Tap the ๐Ÿค Mini CRM card on the home screen.

Tap + Add Lead
Enter the client's name, phone number, and what they are interested in (service/product).

Set stage & expected value
Choose the stage: New Lead โ†’ Contacted โ†’ Interested โ†’ Won โ†’ Lost. Enter the expected deal value so you can track total pipeline revenue.

Add follow-up date
Set the next follow-up date. The app will highlight overdue follow-ups so you never let a lead go cold.
๐Ÿ’ก Use the Notes field to write what was discussed โ€” "Client wants demo next week", "Pricing concern โ€” offer discount" etc.

Update as deal progresses
As you talk to the client, update the stage. When the deal closes, mark it as Won and enter the final amount.

Is this for big businesses or small ones?

Mini CRM is designed for small businesses, freelancers, and individuals โ€” anyone who has 5 to 500 leads to track. If you manage hundreds of leads per day with a large team, a dedicated CRM would suit you better.
Can I call the client directly from the app?

Yes. Each lead card has a phone icon โ€” tap it to call directly. You can also tap the WhatsApp icon to message them on WhatsApp without saving their number first.
How do I share leads with a colleague?

Export your leads as CSV from the CRM screen and share the file via WhatsApp or email. Your colleague can then import it into any spreadsheet. A sync feature for team sharing is planned for a future update.
